Chocolate Frosting

Adapted from the C&H frosting recipe
1 box of confectioners sugar (16 oz)
1/4 cup of rice milk/soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 stick of butter (I use saffola unsalted) softened
1/4 cup cocoa powder

Mix together till creamy

This frosting freezes very well!
